7:00AM Morning Routine

7:00AM Morning Routine

A 7:00 AM morning Christian routine can be a great way to start the day with spiritual focus and intentionality. Here’s a sample routine:

7:00 AM – Wake Up and Thank God

  • Begin the day by offering a prayer of gratitude, thanking God for a new day. You can simply say, “Thank You, Lord, for waking me up this morning and giving me the opportunity to live another day.”

7:05 AM – Bible Reading and Devotion

  • Spend 15-20 minutes reading a passage from the Bible. You might follow a reading plan or choose a specific book or theme to focus on.
  • After reading, take a few minutes to meditate on the passage, reflecting on what God is saying to you through His Word.

7:25 AM – Prayer and Reflection

  • Dedicate 10-15 minutes to prayer. You can follow the ACTS model:
    • Adoration: Praise God for who He is.
    • Confession: Confess any sins and ask for forgiveness.
    • Thanksgiving: Thank God for His blessings.
    • Supplication: Pray for your needs and the needs of others.

7:40 AM – Worship or Listen to Christian Music

  • Play a worship song or a Christian playlist. Sing along or just listen as you get ready for the day. Let the music set a positive, Christ-centered tone.

7:50 AM – Plan and Prepare for the Day

  • Take a few minutes to review your schedule or to-do list. Ask God to guide your steps and give you wisdom for the day ahead. This is also a good time to set any goals for the day, aligning them with your faith.
  • Take a shower
  • Brush your teeth
  • Put fresh clothes on

8:00 AM – Breakfast and Fellowship

  • Have breakfast while continuing to meditate on God’s Word or enjoy fellowship with family if possible. You could discuss the morning’s scripture or share prayer requests.

8:30 AM – Plan Your Day

  • Take a few minutes to plan your tasks for the day, keeping in mind any commitments to serve others or act with kindness.

8:45 AM – Morning Exercise (Optional)

  • If you have time, do a short workout or go for a walk to get energized for the day ahead.
  • This could be a morning walk, stretching, or intensity work out.

9:00 AM – Start Your Day

  • Begin your daily activities, keeping a mindset of serving and honoring God in all that you do.

This routine is flexible and can be adjusted based on your personal needs and schedule. The key is to start the day with a focus on God, allowing His presence to guide you through the day.
